Order turn around
Many products are made to order so please allow 7-14 working days for your order to arrive.
Generally orders will be dispatched quickly and arrive well within this time, you will be notified when your item is posted. If the processing time is likely to be longer than 7-14 days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and also to make sure that you are happy to continue with the purchase.

If your order is urgent and we are not able to fulfil it in a suitable time frame we will refund your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
We also keep in mind reducing our use of plastics to an absolute minimum and use compostable plastic and recycled materials to post your items. Its why we also have a vintage emporium. Encouraging people to buy something old or buy something that will last a lifetime is the best way to look after our planet.
We're only happy if you are happy! So if there's anything wrong with your order on receipt we will be happy to exchange or refund.
Please note the following conditions;
- Only unused items are eligible for return. Items must be returned exactly in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging.
- Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process your refund within 2 working days (please note that depending on your payment method, the refund may take longer to hit your account).
- Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Personalised Custom orders can NOT be refunded unless there is a default with the item as they are specially made for an individual and therefore cannot be re-sold.
- Items need to be mailed back within 14 days from the date you received it, in order to receive refund or exchange.
For any products that need your wrist measurement or a waist measurement, the responsibility is on you to ensure you order the correct size. If you order the incorrect size there will be a restocking charge of 25%. With these orders we will contact you with the measurements that we need.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, we can't accept it for return and refund. Postage charges cannot be refunded.
You must notify us in advance of any return so we can discuss what is wrong and agree on a resolution.
Any product shipped without an advanced notification is not guaranteed to be eligible for exchange or refund and we reserve the right to refuse the refund if we feel it necessary.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
