This 1.5 inch belt with West End buckle will indeed do a sterling job at
holding your trousers up but the concept was to have another belt to
wear over your gardening clothes to carry the vital items of equipment
you need at hand. We make matching accessories for an array of tools so can choose to have matching kit or mix up colours as you wish!
If it is your intention to wear the belt over clothes be mindful of the
size you order for it to work for you throughout the 4 seasons. Each
belt size comes with 6 inches of adjustment - 3 inches either side of
the centre hole.
It has a utilitarian design with a solid copper riveted return holding a
solid brass buckle which was cast in sand at the last foundry of its
type in Walsall England. It also features a fixed and sliding keep which
are both copper riveted and can be supplemented with belt loops with
clips as required.
The belt is made from 2.8mm Buttero leather from the famous (in
leatherwork circles) Walpier Tannery in Tuscany where they tan this
beautiful leather with pure vegetable extracts and dye them to stunning
colours using water based dyes.
Available in the following colours,:- Tan, Red, Green, Purple, Orange. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as made to order and this item will be sent directly from the maker so may arrive seperate from other items on an order.
